A Dual Practitioner Halloween Sound Bath

Celebrate Halloween with an afternoon of sound, spirit, and a little seasonal magic.

Join Benina and Kristine for a special Halloween Dual Practitioner Sound Bath designed to take you on an immersive journey through layers of vibration and sound. Surrounded by the resonance of crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, drums, and other therapeutic instruments, you’ll be invited to settle in, quiet the outside world, and simply experience where the sound takes you.

Halloween has long been associated with mystery, transformation, and the thinning of the veil between the seen and unseen. For this special evening, we’ll embrace that energy while creating a peaceful, welcoming space for reflection, relaxation, and connection.

With two sound practitioners positioned within the room, sound will move around and through you, creating a rich 360-degree sonic experience that encourages deep relaxation and energetic release.

And because it’s Halloween, feel free to have a little fun with it! Costumes are welcome, but absolutely not required. If you do dress up, we recommend choosing something comfortable enough to lie down and fully enjoy the Sound Bath.

We provide yoga mats or chairs if you prefer to sit. Bring a pillow, water bottle or anything to make your nest comfortable.
