Friday Frequency - Breathwork + Sound - Gratitude for the Journey
Details
Advance registration is required; walk-ins are not admitted. This circle is intentionally limited to 12 to preserve depth, safety, and intimacy.
First Friday Frequency is a co-facilitated breath and sound journey led by Kristin Adams (Satori Minds) and Benina Drake (Elevated Energy).
#### This Month’s Theme: Gratitude for the Journey
Every season of life leaves its mark on us. Through the breath, you'll have the opportunity to reflect on the challenges you've navigated, the growth you've experienced, and the gifts that have emerged along the way. Together, we'll cultivate gratitude for the journey and the wisdom it continues to reveal.
And - when the monthly theme doesn’t immediately resonate, the breath still meets you exactly where you are and supports the healing your body is ready for.
What makes this session special?
This isn’t a performance or a script. It’s a field. We follow energy. Breath and sound weave in real time to meet the room, soften what’s bracing, and open a path back to calm and clarity.
