Join Karin and the folks at Elevated Energy for The Alchemy of Gratitude, where we will explore how gratitude changes your brain, your body, and your energy — and leaves you feeling inspired, uplifted, and deeply connected.
In this interactive 60-minute session, you will:
• Learn how gratitude impacts your brain chemistry, nervous
system, and overall well-being
• Discover how gratitude raises your vibration and helps you
manifest what you desire
• Take part in guided exercises that open your heart, elevate your
mood, and shift your energy
This is more than a presentation — it’s an experience designed to help you feel the alchemy of gratitude for yourself.
