The Emotion Code® is a gentle energy-healing method that identifies and releases trapped emotions —
emotional energies that can become stored in the body during stressful or overwhelming experiences.
These trapped emotions may influence how we feel, react, and connect with others, sometimes
contributing to emotional blocks, limiting beliefs, or even physical discomfort. Through muscle testing
and focused intention, the subconscious mind guides the practitioner to safely release these
emotional imprints, restoring balance and flow.
Some trapped emotions are inherited, meaning they were passed down through generations.
Just as we inherit physical traits, we can also inherit unresolved emotional patterns.
The Heart-Wall® is a protective layer of trapped emotions placed around the heart after emotional
pain. While created to protect us, it can also limit our ability to fully give and receive love. Releasing
trapped and inherited emotions — including those in the Heart-Wall — often brings a sense of lightness,
openness, and renewed emotional freedom.

As a gift to our marvelous community, we offer a guest speaker introducing themselves and presenting their unique talents and gifts through free workshops and presentations.
