Acupressure for Emotional Wellness
This workshop introduces practical acupressure techniques to support emotional wellness during the holiday season. Participants will learn simple, effective pressure points that help reduce anxiety, improve sleep, support digestion, and calm emotional triggers. This hands-on session blends modern research on neuroplasticity and the Vagus nerve with ancient healing traditions, offering participants tools they can use anytime, anywhere.
