Welcome Elevated Yogis! You have come to a special place! My name is Brittany and I am a yoga instructor, certified in cannabis enhanced mindfulness practices. I am very grateful to share this experience with you.

Venmo $25 to Brittany-Russell-6 with your name/class date in description.

What to expect:
30 mins - Plant
Set up your mats, ground yourself, chill and bond over cannabis and other goodies!
75 mins - Practice
All levels of yogis are welcome! Prepare yourself for a relaxing, grounding, slow paced and gentle practice.
15 mins - Peace
Enjoy some tea, appreciate all the love and good vibes from your practice. Namaste!

FAQs:
1. You must be age 21+ to attend. Bring ID.
Pre-registration and online payment is required to reserve your space. No drop-ins please.

2. Do I have to use cannabis at Elevated Yoga?
Yoga is great, altered or not. Sometimes students enjoy enhancing their practice with cannabis, cacao, essential oils, certain music (etc.), and other times, having a yoga practice without cannabis feels better. It's always up to you.

3. What do I need to bring?
BYO cannabis. Flower, salves, tinctures, vape pens, edible - enjoy your prefered method of cannabis consumption. Bring a yoga mat and blanket. If you don't have a yoga mat, we will have a limited number of mats and props available to borrow for the class. Those are available on a first come first served basis.

4. How much cannabis should I consume for this practice?
First-timers to Elevated Yoga, or yoga in general, should consume less cannabis than you usually do. Everyone's relationship to cannabis is different.

5. What if I haven't done yoga before?
Our yoga practice is slow, mindful, and relaxation-based. All levels friendly!

6. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Our venue has lots of free street parking. If you drive yourself to the event, a Designated Driver is Required. If you do not have a DD, please schedule a cab / rideshare.
