This workshop is the second in a multi-part series. The first workshop taught skills for improving one's personal brand online. The next session will teach in-person networking techniques, including verbal and non-verbal communication, using role-playing exercises for practice. Check out the agenda below for more details.

Attendees of our Business English workshops will develop an improved understanding of how to communicate professionally online and in-person while networking with the Silicon Valley business community. This is an ideal workshop for intermediate to advanced ESL speakers who currently live in the Bay Area and want to improve their networking skills, as well as for newcomers who want to gain personal confidence and a competitive edge in the Silicon Valley job market.

Ryan MacCarrigan is a Lean Startup coach, consultant, and university instructor with leadership experience in product design, marketing, and user experience at technology companies in New York City, San Francisco, and Silicon Valley. Prior to founding his consultancy LeanStudio, he served as the head of marketing at Lean Startup Machine and Advisor.
