Paddle and swim Cave Run Lake from Longbow boat ramp

Let meet at the Longbow boat ramp at 10 am, weather permitting with paddles in the water by 10:30. A day pass or Daniel Boone Forest annual pass is required at Longbow and can be purchased at the marina. We will paddle towards the main part of the lake for a couple of hours and then head to one of my favorite swimming spots for lunch and swim. Bring your lunch/snack and drink. Bring your pfd to wear while paddling.
