• Snowshoe Trek

    Elk Island National Park

"Come join the Friends of Elk Island Society for an outdoor session on December 3, 2022 from 1:00 to 3:00 PM at the Tawayik Lake shelter. We will go for a short snowshoe trek followed by a guided hike on one of the trails to identify wildlife signs. We will provide snowshoes for those who do not have their own. Afterwards we will gather by a fire to enjoy some s’mores. Here is hoping for a nice sunny warm day."
