Welcome to Embodied Workouts, a community space where movement meets mindfulness at North Shore.
My current offering is a unique beach workout experience at St. Leonards Bay that blends light movement, yoga, and cold water immersion to cultivate awareness, resilience, and well-being. These sessions are designed to deepen embodiment rather than push for intensity—helping you feel more connected, present, and energized.
What to Expect:

This group is open to all, and while the focus is currently on beach workouts, I may introduce additional embodiment-based events in the future. Whether you’re here to explore mindful movement, build confidence in cold exposure, or simply enjoy nature with a like-minded community—you are welcome.
