A small Berlin meetup for meditators practicing structured outdoor sits. Sessions follow a simple sequence format practiced together in a park. Quiet, disciplined, and technique-focused; intended for those already familiar with meditation practice.
We’re gathering for a simple, grounded meditation session outdoors.
Format • 20 min Metta (loving-kindness) • 20 min Samatha (calm concentration) • 20 min Body scan • Tea break & conversation • Light qi gong
We sit together, then slow down with tea, and talk about what’s actually happening in practice — no performance, no pressure.
This is not a guided workshop or a class. Just people practicing together.
Bring • Something to sit on • A cup (if you want tea) • Warm and cozy clothes
Come as you are — beginners and experienced practitioners both welcome.
