Lucy Rowett: Lucy is a certified sexologist and sex coach dedicated to helping women and people with vulvas release sexual shame and embrace pleasure. She combines mind-body tools with evidence-based sexuality education to create an open and fun space for exploration. Lucy is also the host of the "Naked and Unashamed Life" podcast.
