What we’re about
Welcome grief community: Embodied Grief Support is a group that facilitates a whole-person, body-centered approach to navigating life after loss.
Our goal is to teach practical tools and strategies for processing grief in a healthy way, while holding a safe space for grief expression and connection with others who can relate. Our events are focused on Embodiment Practices for releasing stress and pain, Grief/Death Education, Community Connection and Discussion that fosters healing and growth.
We hope this group can help you feel less alone, lighter, and more confident in showing up for yourself in your grief journey.
Hosted by Cami Thelander, a Certified Grief Coach, Yoga Instructor, and Craniosacral Therapist.
