Embodied Mindfulness at Kralingen Lake

Details
A somatic meditation session — outdoors, in presence, in stillness.
An invitation to slow down, breathe, and listen.
To pause for a moment and say: “Yes, I’m here.”
This gathering is for those seeking real moments in a safe and open space.
For those looking for places where masks drop, silence speaks, and presence matters.
It’s a space where the body softens, the mind quiets, and something inside wakes up.
🌟 If you’ve ever felt that sense of being in the right place, with the right people — where everything feels full, alive, real — then you’re already on the threshold.

🌼 What we’ll do together (3 hours)
(30 min) 🗣️ An opening round
A space where everyone is invited (but not forced) to say a few words about how they feel, what’s moving in their lives, or what brought them here.
It’s a key moment to feel the field and welcome each voice.
(50 min) 🧠 A short orientation
Cristian will offer a shared lens to support inner focus.
Through presence, story and intuitive language, we tune into the theme and prepare the space.
(10 min) ☕ Break
Time to stretch, breathe, grab water, or simply integrate in silence.
(60 min) 🧘♀️ A guided meditation
Pegah will lead a somatic practice in two phases:
• A short self-massage to awaken awareness and discover where tension lives in your body
• A deep meditation using breath, contact, and stillness to reconnect from within
(30 min) 💬 Personal sharing
A space to name what you felt during the meditation.
Not a life story, but a moment of presence.
For those who share: speak from your body, not your history.
For those who listen: offer silence — not comments, not advice.
This is not a therapy group.

🌀 Who can join?
Anyone with a soft presence and a living sensitivity.
No experience needed — just a wish to feel from within.
We speak in simple English so everyone can follow.
🌟 Often, it’s the highly sensitive, the neurodivergent, the intuitive and creative ones — those who build their own maps and don’t fit into fixed boxes — who feel at home here.

🧺 What to bring
We’ll have a big shared blanket for everyone to sit on.
Still, we suggest bringing a cushion, folded towel, or anything that helps you sit more comfortably.
We’ll also bring 4 extra zafus — first come, first sit 😄

✋ What this space is not for
We hold this container with care — and part of that care is clarity.
Some energies don’t belong here, and that’s okay. But if any of the following resonate with your intentions, this might not be the right space for you:
🚫 Professional networking or subtle self-promotion
This is not a place to scout clients, share your offer, or “just mention” your services — even if they’re healing-related. Please leave your business at the door.
🚫 Performing your “evolved self”
You don’t need to prove you’ve done the work.
We meet each other in rawness, not in how well we can talk about growth.
🌀 Emotional dumping
We do share — but only about what we experienced in the meditation.
If you need psychological support, we deeply respect that need — but this isn’t the space for it. A therapist can hold that kind of story better than a circle like this.
🤹 Looking for stimulation or social distraction
This isn’t a social event. If your main intention is to meet new people or fill a Sunday afternoon, you’ll likely miss the point — and the point will likely miss you.
🧠 Hyper-analytical over-explaining
We love your mind. But here, we invite the body to speak.
If you find it hard to pause the narrative or the need to explain everything, that’s totally human — but this may not be your place to practice it.
