A gentle online gathering to reconnect with your body — and meet the presence behind the noise.

This session is a softer, shorter version of our in-person circles.
It’s meant for those who feel drawn to this work but aren't ready (yet) to join us in a 3-hour circle, or simply want a first taste from the comfort of home.
We’ll slow down together, breathe, and open a space where your body is welcome just as it is, no need to perform, explain, or be "good at meditating."
You don’t have to be calm. You don’t have to have it all together.
Just show up, and let the body lead.

### 🌼 What We’ll Do Together (1.5h)

🗣️ Opening Round (15 min)
Everyone is invited (but never required) to say a few words — how they feel, what brought them, or what’s moving inside.
🧠 Shared Lens (30 min)
Cristian will offer a brief orientation to help us tune inward, weaving story, intuitive language, and presence to open the space.
🧘 Guided Somatic Meditation (30 min)
Pegah will guide a body-based meditation using breath, self-touch, and stillness — to meet tension and reconnect with what’s alive beneath the surface.
💬 Closing Sharing (15 min)
A short round to name what you felt, without fixing or analyzing.
We speak from the body, not the story — and we listen in silence, not advice.

Just a small, honest space to return to yourself — together, and gently.
