Weaving together Somatic Practices, Embodied Yin Yoga, Mindfulness Meditation, Conscious Breathing, Creative Theming, Poetry and Traditional Chinese Medicine Philosophy, these offerings are authentic, unique and designed to help you reconnect, restore and renew.

We live in a culture that often keeps us distracted, disengaged, and disconnected. The pressures of constant busyness and stress can make it feel overwhelming to create space for what truly matters.

That's why I guide people to reconnect with themselves and build a sustainable foundation of wellbeing - empowering them to face challenges with trust, resilience and clarity, and to rediscover the joy of living.

Embodied mindfulness practices are at the heart of my work. There’s no need for special yoga clothes and flexibility, the ability to sit cross-legged, or to silence your thoughts.

My approach is adaptable and welcoming, ensuring everyone can participate in a way that feels right for them.
