Individuals of all body shapes, gender identities, ages, backgrounds and sexual preferences come together to celebrate the multi-coloured with you. You will experience the power of platonic touch, real connections and the freedom of an "open space" where everyone feels valued and embraced.

Cuddling is a healthy habit that we should do more often. Hormones and pheromones such as oxytocin lower your stress levels, calm your nervous system and are good for your body and mind. Through touch you gain more confidence in yourself and in others. You can recharge your battery and let go of stress.

💖 💪 Empowerment practices
You can come to this workshop and open up the space for yourself to meet new people, enjoy great conversations, touch, be touched, have fun, practice asking for what you want, practice saying 'no' to what you don't want - all in an environment that is structured as a place for relaxation, exploration and fun. We start with an opening circle and a meditation, to arrive in the space and come into our true selves. We experience different options for hugging and holding each other together. In the play corner we do "Ritual Play", a game of moving, touching, leading and following.

👐🏼🫂 Open Space
After these guided activities to promote trust, communication and understanding, you can enter the open space. The open space is an opportunity to open your heart and discover what you like, how much time you like to be in contact or alone and what kind of touch is pleasant for you, within agreed boundaries. Every 15 minutes you can choose whether you feel like a moment for yourself, playing a game, playing a game, having a chat. or a 'free-style' hug. You have enough time to relax, experience different forms of touch, drink a cup of tea or just hang out. The guardian angels will support you in taking steps towards more vulnerability, to seize opportunities for personal growth and self-discovery.

Everyone is welcome. We do not create a gender balance, so if you join, you are willing to share this space with those who are also attending. This is a queer and cis-positive event.

About Arati
I guide people for whom sexuality and intimacy are not easy and self-evident. Individually and in workshops. Hands-on and in consent we sink into relaxation, self-love and being allowed to be completely 'your own' again. It is a matter of remembering what was already there. I often discover, as I am still discovering for myself, that the relationship with our own body, especially in the sexual area, is the key to real enjoyment, self-love, awareness, ecstasy and feeling free, also in relation to the other. And the most beautiful work I have ever done. I am a sexological body worker, coach, breathing coach and deep-tissue body worker. I mix that with my love, wisdom and humor.
