Vinyasa Yoga is a dynamic and fun yoga style, with a variety of postures (asanas) to strengthen the body and the mind. Vinyasa means 'connection of movement and breath'. Through the use of creative sequences of asanas, Christian will prepare you for more advanced postures like arm balances, hip openers and backbends.
Christian works as a general practitioner, yoga teacher in ashtanga and vinyasa yoga, and masseur. He enjoys sharing his insights about and from yoga with others, in group classes and 1-on-1 settings. Besides teaching the practical aspects of yoga, he also likes to study and debate about yoga philosophy and its implications for our daily life.
This class is for students of all levels and genders.
Feel free to bring your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one: there are yoga mats in the studio.

⭐ Would you like to practice your massage skills with other like-minded people? And learn some new massage techniques as well in a relaxed setting? Then the massage lounge is something for you. ⭐
🤗🙏🏻 In a mixed group of all ages and genders, we will exchange relaxing massages. Olga and Tijs will show you some techniques to improve your massage style. As we have more time, we will practice a full body sensual relaxing massage. There is plenty of time to put what you have learned into practice. And we will learn from each others different styles.

You are welcome for coffee / tea at 9:30 h. After introducing ourselves, Bram will teach us some basic movements of Chi Gong, a form of Martial Arts which is practiced in China. This will help us to get centered in ourselves. Then we will give an instruction and the first massage round. We will both give and receive a massage. There will be plenty of guidance in the first massage round.If you cannot join the morning program, you can arrive at 13:30 h for the shared lunch. After the lunch, we will change partners and there will be another instruction and enough time to put what you have learned into practice. We will give some individual guidance and tips as we walk around, while you give the massage to each other. At the end, we will share what we have felt and experienced with each other.

Olga is a massage teacher with more than 15 years of experience. She had her practice in Ukraine and had to move here for the war. Her intuitive massage style is healing your body and soul. The techniques are based on chiropractictic and swedish relaxing massage.
Tijs is a classically trained masseur, but he works with various modern forms of bodywork, including Alchemy of Touch, Myofascial Energetic Release and Deep muscular Techniques.
