Welcome to EMBODY BARCELONA, a Holistic Wellness Community.
We’re Emily, a Personal Trainer and Breath Coach, and Bianca, a Yoga & Movement Instructor & Recovery Coach. Together, we offer a holistic approach that unites the inner and outer body through yoga, meditation, breathwork, creativity, and movement.
Our sessions are designed to cultivate strength, stillness, and self-connection, while inviting you to be part of a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for movement, balance, and conscious living.
All classes are held in English.

Yang to Yin Yoga Flow Reset & Rebalance (EN) + Social Coffee After
Attika Fitness, Carrer de Bailèn, 152, Barcelona, ESIn this class, we’ll explore the two complementary energies that shape our lives: the ‘doing’ and the ‘being’.
We’ll begin with an energising Vinyasa flow to awaken the body, connect with our Yang energy (the active, solar side within us) and release any tension from the week.
In the second half, we’ll ease into stillness, exploring longer-held poses for tissue release, deep breathing, and grounding awareness, embracing our Yin energy (the lunar, softer and introspective side).
A Sunday reset to restore balance through asana and pranayama, helping you release the week behind and step calmly into the one ahead.
Suitable for all levels.
After class, we’ll head out for coffee or brunch nearby so we can hang out and connect. ☕
