In this class, we’ll explore the two complementary energies that shape our lives: the ‘doing’ and the ‘being’.
We’ll begin with an energising Vinyasa flow to awaken the body, connect with our Yang energy (the active, solar side within us) and release any tension from the week.
In the second half, we’ll ease into stillness, exploring longer-held poses for tissue release, deep breathing, and grounding awareness, embracing our Yin energy (the lunar, softer and introspective side).
A Sunday reset to restore balance through asana and pranayama, helping you release the week behind and step calmly into the one ahead.
