Ever wanted to try the bars at the beach but felt intimidated by the crowd - especially all those men?
Girlsthenics is a friendly, no-pressure session for women to explore calisthenics in a safe, supportive and uplifting environment. Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who’s tried the bars before and just needs more guidance with technique, balance, or specific skills - this is your space.
We’ll learn practical foundations like how to engage your core, correct scapular activation, move with control, and build strength using nothing but your own bodyweight (and maybe some bands). You’ll practice on the TRX, low bars, high bars, and the floor - but always at your own pace, with options for every level.
The intention?
To feel empowered, strong, capable, and confident using your own body.
By learning calisthenics, you’ll discover how mobility, balance, coordination, and inner strength all translate into everyday life.
When you learn to support your own body, you learn to support yourself. In every sense!!
