If you've been feeling overwhelmed, stressed, disconnected or simply need to take some time for yourself. Come along on this breathwork journey, I will guide through some somatic movement followed by 1h of breathwork ending with guided meditation. This session will be in English :)
What is Conscious Connected Breathwork?
Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful breathing technique that aims a circular way of motion with a vibrant inhale and a relaxed exhalation without any pauses between inhales and exhales.
This breathing technique willl help you to reconnect your body-mind connection, reduce stress/ anxiety /depression , help with grief, release any stuck energy, increase self awareness, improve digestion, improve sleep and expand your consciousness.
This breathing technique is a powerful tool that helps you in all aspects of your life physically, mentally and spiritually.
⚠️Contraindications
This practice is not recommended if you have any of those following conditions :
High blood pressure, Aneurysm, History of heart attacks, Myocarditis, Atrial Fibrillation, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Episodes, Detached retina, Glaucoma.
Not recommended for pregnant ladies
