Details

We’ll meet by the sea and begin with a short, guided movement flow (around 10 minutes) to awaken the body and bring awareness inward.

From there, we’ll transition into a simple breath practice to slow down and settle.

You’ll then be guided through a journaling session, perfect for people who want to journal but don’t quite know how, and for those who already love writing and want a calm space to go deeper.

Prompts will be offered, so you can simply follow along and explore whatever comes up. ✨

We’ll close with a relaxed circle, with the option to share, listen, or simply enjoy a moment of connection.

No experience with yoga or journaling is needed!

What to bring:
• Something to sit or lie on (towel or mat)
• A notebook + pen
• Water

This is not a class or performance—just a small shared moment to move, breathe, and turn inward, with the sound of the sea in the background.

✨ BTW: Once we finish, at 1pm there's a FREE girls' picnic by the beach (right in the same area) where more women will join and you are invited! :)
