This is a community offering, so if the budget is tight or it’s your first time and you’d prefer to decide if you’d like to donate after, everyone is invited!

• Suitable for all levels.
• Bring your own mat, water and sunscreen/sunglasses.
• Dress in layers – Utah weather is unpredictable!
• I also recommend socks just in case your mat gets hot in the sunshine.
• Ages 12 and up. Minors must have a parent/guardian present.

Plan travel time so that you have at least 10 minutes to settle in. The canyon always takes a little longer than expected. Give yourself a cushion and enjoy the beautiful drive.

Brighton is at the top of Big Cottonwood Canyon. We will meet on the patio on the back of the Milly Chalet, which is the first building on your right as you turn into the large Brighton parking lot. It’s one level and cream colored next to a lift.

The June full moon marks early summer and a season of bold exploration and abundance. Join us for a midyear sankalpa session to rejuvenate your intentions.

Sankalpa: a guiding intention formed by your heart and mind

The halfway point of the calendar year arrives three days after the June full moon. The season presents a far different energy than the new year, when we tend to plant the seeds of our sankalpa. In this gathering, we will explore where you are now, cultivate aligned intentions, and stoke the fire of that vision.
