Welcome to Emotional Fitness Montreal! This group is dedicated to providing practical skills, tools and wisdom to help members master their emotions. We aim to help you overcome things like anxiety, stress, panic and PTSD without needing to focus on or analyze past trauma. By building the proper emotional muscles and habits, you can learn to live with confidence, self-love and inner peace.
With a combination of online and in-person trainings, you will learn techniques that have been proven to provide years worth of therapeutic benefits in weeks, taught by an experienced professional who has lived with - and escaped - anxiety and depression after years of struggle.
