What is the emotional fitness project?

This humanity project will provide you with a community and a space to know more about conscious living, care for yourself and practice the art of living and wellbeing.

Emotional fitness is the idea that the mind needs regular exercise and training as much as the body if we want to stay mentally and emotionally healthy. This will create a state wherein the mind is capable of statying away from negative thoughts and focus on creative and constructive tasks. Being emotionally fit is the key to success in all aspects of life.

To practice and achieve emotional fitness you need to engage in reflections, activities, exercises in 5 area which are the foundation of wellbeing: The body, mind, heart, spirit and work. All based on conscious powerful holistic mixed of practices, somatic inspired, fluid and intuitive practice that seeks an unhurried exploration.

In these sessions you will feast on tools and techniques that encourage you to slow down and delve a little deeper into yourself, get to know yourself again, thoughts guts and home. The 19 years of healing, training and work experience in the mental health field lead me to an insight and discovery that changed my life forever and I am committed to share this with you. Emotional Intelligence alone is not enough, lets aim for Emotional Fitness instead.

Change is not real until we anchor it in our bodies.

What happen when you practice emotional fitness workout: <br>- You become more self-aware <br>- You become Self-compassionate and Love yourself <br>- You are able to recognize that we have a right to our thoughts and feelings and that others have the right to their thoughts and feelings <br>- You will know that we you valuable and worthy simply because we exist and having nothing to prove to anyone <br>- You can take charge of your mood, feel your feelings and be able to think at the same time <br>- You will deliberately respond rather than react <br>- You will be able to soothe yourself and bounce back from unhelpful moods <br>- You will be able co-create practical solutions
