What we’re about

The purpose of this group is to help you develop your emotional competencies, fulfilment and well-being both in and out of the workplace. This is a safe space to be yourself and learn some new concepts, tools/resources that you can apply in your personal and professional life. If this sounds like your thing, join in, I will be happy to meet you.

Every person is welcome regarding of their gender, race, sexual orientation or religious beliefs (sorry if I am missing someone else... you are definitely welcome too :)

What can you expect from this group?
I am an Executive Wellness Coach with a background in Psychotherapy.
Coaching is a discipline that focuses on empowering people to bring the best in them. You can expect a lot of that in our interactions here. You can expect a variety of formats: one-hour workshops, group discussions and a lot of powerful questions to help you tailor the learning process to your needs. It is about applying those well-being concepts and translate them into what works for you
