Divorce can be one of the most emotionally devastating and difficult times in life and it is understandable that you emotions can fluctuate from day to day, sometimes moment to moment. Signing up for this group is a great step in getting the support that you need to get through this horrible time.

The purpose of this group is to be a safe place for women needing a space to express their emotions and gain insight on healthy ways to deal with the negative emotions brought on by the process of divorce and the loss of a relationship. It's also a place where you will feel comforted in knowing you are not alone even though divorce can feel like the lonely place on earth.

Hi, I'm Ingrid aka "Coach Morgan" I hold certifications as a  Life Coach, Stress Management Consultant, “EFT” Emotional Freedom Technique Practitioner and I am also a Registered Nurse, and yes I  have personal experience riding  the emotional rollercoaster of divorce and would love to share my experiences, survival skills and knowledge with each of you, to help bring emotional balance, peace and calmness back into your mind, body and spirit.

The group will meet weekly on Wednesdays from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM PST via Zoom. Depending on group input and desires, some meetings can also be held in person at a comfortable and safe designated location.

During each session time will be spent discussing and sharing some of the emotional challenges that may have come up during the week. (Only share what is comfortable for you). This group is not intended to create more stress for you but to be an outlet for women that are experiencing similar situations and stressors in their lives to learn, share, grow and support each other as women.

As your host, each week I will guide you through relaxation using soothing holistic, self-care techniques for balancing emotions and life. The reality is life will go on, whether we feel like it will or not. So we better prepare the mind and body for it.
There is no judgment here, grab your note pad, a pen and your wounded heart and come join us.
