For anyone dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, loss or life stressors, this is a compassionate, reparative community, where emotional and mental healing can take place. Although a peer support group, the facilitator is a CA licensed therapist, and the group is open to both women and men.

*To protect confidentiality, this support group is private. Only Meetup members may access group details… Members names, posts, communications, etc.

What EHS group is:
• a gathering of people in a safe, non-judgmental setting. Come as you are.
• a welcoming group for adults where emotional and spiritual support may be found -regardless of faith or non spiritual/faith background.
• a group that respects confidentiality… What is shared in the group stays in the group.
• a peer support group, Not traditional group psychotherapy
• a supplement to your wellness journey…Not to take the place of comprehensive medical or psych treatment.
• a group where you’ll find emotional support, not medical evaluation, diagnosis or treatment.
• a place where you can share your story when you may not be able to share it anywhere else.
• a group that is not affiliated with any organized Church, although the meeting space is gifted by a church.
• a weekly meeting- 6:30 PM on Mondays, Church building main entry @ 931 Lassen Ln. El Dorado Hills.
