Berlin | 10:00–18:00 | Limited Spots
This full-day experience is designed for adults with ADHD who feel overwhelmed, misunderstood, or out of sync with how the world expects them to function. Co-led by a psychologist and a creative facilitator, the day offers a space to explore—not fix—what ADHD feels like from the inside out.
Morning – At the studio
A grounded, supportive exploration of how ADHD shows up in your daily life.
We’ll explore core struggles—like emotional overwhelm, time-blindness, and self-talk—and how they’ve shaped your inner world. Through guided conversation and reflection, you’ll begin to understand your patterns with more clarity and compassion.
Afternoon – In nature
The second half of the day takes us into the forest, where we shift from analysis to presence.
You’ll walk, reflect, and reconnect with parts of yourself that often get overlooked—your creativity, sensitivity, and strength. With nature as our co-guide, you’ll be gently supported to identify one small, personal step forward.
This is not a productivity workshop. It’s a space to slow down, feel seen, and reconnect with your own rhythm.
For those who join us for the ADHD intensive, we’ll offer the opportunity to join us at our support events. These are sessions to reconnect, reflect on what’s shifted, and explore how to keep moving forward with more self-trust and support.
There’s no pressure to commit now—you can decide after the intensive if the follow-up feels right for you.
Let this be the start of a new kind of conversation with yourself.
Gentle. Honest. Rooted in who you already are.
