• Have a history of painful relationships – Whether it’s toxic relationships, emotionally unavailable partners, or an ongoing fear of abandonment, you find yourself repeating unhealthy patterns.
• Experience intense anxiety or avoidance in relationships – You either crave closeness but fear rejection or push people away to protect yourself from getting hurt.
• Want to heal from past relationship trauma – Childhood wounds, past betrayals, or emotionally neglectful experiences have shaped how you show up in relationships today.
