Join Leona Douglass of Empowering Wellness for an intimate midday experience at Dragonfly Lounge — Neptune Beach’s favorite botanical beverage bar — where relaxation, ritual, and good vibes collide.We’ll kick things off with a guided introduction to the wellness offerings at Dragonfly — kava, CBD, lion’s mane, and more. You’ll get to ask questions, learn what each one does, and figure out what feels right for you before you sip a single drop. No pressure, no guessing, no “I’ll just have what she’s having” (unless you want to).
