What we'll do
Hi there, if you would like to try a calming way to wind-down on your weekend, come along to this class held by Yan. Yan will take you through 45 mins of slow moving standing meditation, followed by a half hour sitting meditation, all to relaxing Chinese music. Mats are provided, so all you need to do is bring yourself :) If you have questions you can contact Yan on[masked]. If it rains, the class will be held under the rotunda.
