That journey brought him to the University of Melbourne, where he completed his Master’s and PhD in Wireless Technology. During his time there, the Bhagavad Gita re-entered his life at a time when deeper questions began to arise: What is the purpose of life? What is my role in this world? Reading Bhagavad Gita As It Is, he was surprised to discover how profoundly relevant its wisdom was, not only for personal challenges like stress and confusion, but also for understanding the social, political, and economic complexities of modern life. What he had once thought was a religious text revealed itself as a universal guide to understanding the self and navigating life with clarity. After completing his PhD, Dr Gopa began applying these teachings in his own life.
