EVERY SUNDAY AT 11AM
Join us for an eye-opening lecture where the speaker will break down complex ideas in a clear and practical way.
You'll gain insights into:
* The true definition of the subconscious
* How it generates unwanted emotions
* Its real purpose and function
* What determines the pressure it exerts on you
But this isn't just another lecture where you sit and listen passively. It's interactive and engaging - you can ask questions at any time.

Come on a Journey of Self-Discovery
Are you looking for something different, if so, I would like to invite you to come on a healing journey to discover peace and harmony within yourself and life.
If this is of interest to you, the first class is free, as it's an introduction to the explorations of mindfulness/meditation with a spiritual flavour. If you choose to return (no obligation), then a small amount is asked of $5 per class.
What a wonderful opportunity to explore your physical, emotional, mental and soul bodies and how they are all inter-related and all can be greatly affected with the stresses and challenges of everyday life.
Through engaging with an energetic hygiene process that I facilitate, you will be able to cleanse your energy field on a daily basis.
With the event/class there is a variety being presented each week, always a guided meditation, followed by either reflection on self-care through working with a variety of gentle approach resources (which will be given to you to take, if you choose), as well as, listening to different short mindfulness cds.
All you need to bring is yourself and a crystal, if you like.
The Monthly Reset: Walk, Reflect, Connect
Instagram: @findyourtribemelb
Take a pause from the hustle and join us for **The Monthly Reset** \- a space for driven and ambitious people to reflect on the past month\, set fresh goals\, and connect with other growth\-minded individuals\.
Thereâs something powerful about sharing your reflections and intentions with other growth-minded individuals. When you're surrounded by people who value progress, purpose, and self-awareness, it creates a natural sounding board for ideas, clarity, and encouragement. These kinds of conversations can help you see things differently, feel more supported, and stay aligned with the goals that truly matter to you.
đż**MEETING POINT**
Let's meet outside Botanic Gardens Visitor Centre at 2:00pm. Anyone who would like to grab a coffee can do so, then at 2:15pm, we'll take a walk around the Tan.
đ¤**CONNECTION ACTIVITY**
During the walk, youâll be invited to participate in structured conversations with different partners as we rotate every 15ish minutes.
Weâll provide reflection prompts to guide your discussions on:
* What worked well this past month
* What challenged you or stretched your limits
* Intentions or goals for the month ahead
* What success and balance look like for you
This is a space to connect authentically, think intentionally, and feel supported by others who care about growth and alignment - both professionally and personally.

The Story So Far: A WiA Reflection Circle
A WiA Collective Wisdom Exchange
At the start of this year, we gathered to look back, set intentions, and imagine the next chapter.
This is the follow-up.
Not a check-in. Not a progress report. A small, facilitated circle to reconnect with what you said mattered â and honestly explore whatâs actually happening now.
Together, weâll explore:
⢠What you intended at the start of this year - and what that looks like three months in
⢠Whatâs surprised you, supported you, or shifted
⢠What the next chapter needs now that you know what you know
If you were at our January gathering, bring whatever you made or wrote â your word, your artifact, your intention. Weâll look at it with fresh eyes. If this is your first time, you belong here too. Youâll start where we all started: with whatâs true right now.
Optional art materials will be available for anyone who wants to reflect creatively alongside conversation. If you brought something home from January, youâre warmly invited to bring it back.
The intention is the same as always: everyone leaves feeling more clear, more connected, and a little lighter.
Space is intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate.
What to Expect
⢠A small, welcoming circle (not a large meetup)
⢠Structured conversation so everyone has space to speak
⢠Reflection, listening, and lived experience â not advice-giving
⢠Optional creative reflection alongside conversation
⢠A calm, supportive environment
Who This Is For
Women and underrepresented folks working in or around agile, product, technology, leadership, or organizational change â especially those looking for honest conversation and community beyond frameworks and buzzwords.
Good to Know
⢠No preparation required
⢠If you attended in January, we invite you to bring anything you created or wrote (or something that represents your intention at the start of the year) - itâs optional but invited
⢠Participation is invitational; listening is always welcome
⢠Creative activities are optional
Ladies' Tea Party
You are cordially invited to a beautiful Ladiesâ Tea Party.
Whether you are a mother, daughter, sister, aunt, grandmother, or wife, this special gathering is a graceful celebration of youâthe love you share, the strength you carry, and the elegance you embody.
Join us for a refined afternoon of tea and light fare, filled with laughter, meaningful connection, and the opportunity to meet new friends in a warm and welcoming setting. You are also invited to bring your daughters, granddaughters, nieces, and cherished friends as we create a truly memorable experience together.
Brunch at Littletonâs Market
Join us for a relaxed and delicious brunch at Littletonâs Market! This is the perfect chance to unwind, enjoy great food, and connect with an amazing group of women who are in a similar stage of life.
What to expect:
* Casual, friendly conversation
* Great food and cozy atmosphere
* A chance to meet like-minded women and build connections
Powell Gold Star Referral Club Meetup
We meet at lunch each week and each meeting follows a fairly organized agenda. First all participants pass their business cards around. Then each member and guest is invited to give a one-minute overview of their company and what is a perfect referral for the week. We always have a 10 minute presentation from one of the members about their business in more detail. And finally we pass referrals. You're welcome to visit. Nobody is ever put on the spot. Bring plenty of cards!
