Welcome to Her Collective Space, where we don't just dream big, we build even bigger!
You know you want out of your 9-5. You have an idea, maybe even a side hustle already. You're ready to actually build something on your own, but there's a gap nobody talks about.
You don't belong in social only circles where comfort zones never get challenged. But you're also not quite ready to walk into the established business communities where everyone has already made it.
So where do you go?
This in-between stage is where everything gets decided, where most people either push through or quietly give up. It's the most crucial part of building your own business, and almost no community exists for it.
That's exactly the gap Her Collective Space was built to fill. A space where the women around you are in it with you, pushing you to do the things you keep putting off, all the way to the stage where financial freedom stops being a dream and starts being your reality.
You belong here if:
- You're in the early stages of building your business, but not yet fully sustaining yourself from it
- You're done planning and ready to execute
- You want to be surrounded by women who hold you accountable to the actions that actually move the needle
This isn't for you if:

Her Tribe | Women’s Business Networking
The Arthouse Hotel, 275 Pitt Street, Sydney, AUA monthly structured Networking Event designed for women who want to grow not only personally, but also in their business. Through meaningful conversations, and thought-provoking reflection questions, we challenge ourselves to think bigger, move with more clarity, and step outside of our comfort zones.
📝 How it works
1. You’ll be welcomed and seated at a table with a reflection prompt to start the conversation.2. Each round focuses on a different question designed to challenge your thinking and open up honest discussions around business and personal growth.
3. Every 20 minutes, we rotate tables so you can connect, share, and gain new perspectives from different women in the room.
By the end, you'll walk away with fresh perspectives, new connections, and a little more clarity on what matters to you.
🔎 How to Find Rabbit Bar
Rabbit Bar can be tricky to spot:
- Go to the ground floor of The Galeries
- Look for Toastie Smith
- Behind it, you’ll see a semi-enclosed area
- Walk down into that area
- On your right, you’ll see a doorway. Enter it
- Then look for another open door immediately to your right. That’s Rabbit Bar!

Her Trail | Women's Business Walk (Cronulla Loop Track)
Barefoot on the Beach Cafe, 30 Gerrale St, Cronulla NSW 2230, Cronulla, AUResearch shows walking boosts creativity by up to 60%. For women building a business, that's not a wellness perk, that's a competitive edge.
Her Trail is our monthly business walk for women who are actively building something. Whether you're still figuring out your direction or already deep in the work, this is a space to think out loud, talk through what you're working on, and walk alongside other women doing the same.
Most women come on their own, so don’t worry if you’re joining solo, new faces are always welcome 🤍
📍 Meeting Point: Barefoot on the Beach Cafe
The Barefoot on the Beach Cafe is about a 5–10 minute walk from Cronulla train station. We’ll meet here first, grab a coffee or snack if you like, then head off together along the Cronulla Esplanade, a beautiful coastal path with ocean views the whole way.
If you can’t find us, just send us a message here on Meetup. We’ll keep an eye on it.
⏱️ Meeting Time: 2:00 PM
Try to get there a bit early if you can. Public transport can be unpredictable, and we want to start on time without holding everyone up.
🏁 End Point: Cronulla Train Station
From there, you can head home, or stick around for gelato with the group.
🥾 Distance & Level: 8 km / Easy
It’s a super relaxed, mostly flat walk. Perfect if you want something low-effort but still feel good after.
🎒 What to bring:
Water refill stations are along the route, so just bring a bottle. Wear something comfortable. Hat and sunscreen depending on the weather.
