Writing can be a real catalyst for spiritual growth. And it's a powerful spiritual practice. Whether you are journaling or doing morning pages; writing for inspiration or healing; working on a book or just want to explore the process you are welcome. Because of recent issues with zoom bombing, you will not receive the link until we have a communication. So if you RSVP, I will reach out to you and once we've connected I'll send you the link. This is a sacred space and we want it to remain that way.
Here's how our time together looks: We start promptly at 7am, so please join at 6:55 for a quick hello; you will go into a waiting room and I'll let you in on or before 7. we will do a short centering, then I'll share the guidelines and provide a prompt. We'll write for 25-30 minutes and there will be an opportunity to share. You can share all of your writing, part of your writing or just talk about the experience.
