The ancient practice of Shamanic journeying allows you to enter a doorway to hidden worlds and connect with helping spirits. Shamanic journeying involves going into an altered state (typically achieved through drumming and/or rattling) to travel beyond ordinary reality to receive information, meet spiritual guides, and communicate on the spirit level. In Shamanism, all guides have our best interest at heart. They are waiting for us to interact with them to receive their wisdom and guidance.
