A Visit to the State Fair of Texas!

Never been to the State Fair of Texas? Go every year?

Whichever, this is a great event in Dallas with numerous performing arts events as well as great fair food.

This event is a JOINT EVENT with Eclectic Foodies. I’ll post the exact itinerary in coming days, but basically the idea is that we’ll meet near an entrance at 10 am, then attend various events (like World of Birds!) at scheduled times during the day, as well as enjoying the fair food.

You can hang out with me the whole time or peel off to see exhibits and enjoy other events on your own and then maybe meet up with us later in the day.

We are scheduling the event for a weekday to avoid the crowds. And we’ll go that day, rain or shine! I’ve been to the Fair on a rainy day, and it’s still a great time.
