Nos encontramos para bailar, bailar y bailar de forma libre y espontánea. Un espacio para dejar la razón, lo correcto y lo estético de lado, y bailar sin filtros.

No hay nada que hacer además de permitirse estar y bailar como sea que quieras, siempre con respeto y cuidado hacía sí, el otro y el grupo.

Durante el encuentro, no hablamos, para que no se nos escape la atención por la boca. Tampoco filmamos o tomamos fotos, así cultivamos el estado de presencia y aprovechamos realmente el momento.

La playlist es variada, podrá tocar desde la 5ª sinfonía de Beethoven, hasta el último hit de J Balvin… esto es parte de la experiencia.

¡Bienvenidas las endorfinas y la serotonina! ¡Vamos a liberar tensiones y disfrutar mucho al aire libre!

(ENG) We meet to dance spontaneously, freely, with all that we are in the present moment. A space for genuine body expression.

There is nothing to do other than allow yourself to be and dance however you want, with respect and care for yourself, others and the group.

During the session, we do not speak, so that our attention does not escape through our mouths. We also don't film or take photos, so we cultivate the state of presence and really seize the moment.
