Energessence (formerly EnLighten Healing)

office? This class is designed to guide you in building a space that feels grounded, safe
and energetically supportive. Under the guidance of an experienced shamanic
practitioner, you will learn practices for intentionally shaping the atmosphere of your
environment and creating a space dedicated to healing, reflection, and renewal.

Drawing on angelic symbolism and the grounding energies of the Earth, you will be
introduced to techniques for working with intention, visualization, and ritual practice.
Participants will learn how to create energetic seals, protective boundaries, a supportive
energy grid, and a sanctuary space within their home or workplace. These practices are
designed to help you cultivate a sense of spiritual protection, connection, and harmony in
the spaces where you live and work.

The goal is to empower you with tools you can continue using on your own, allowing your
environment to become a place of restoration, clarity, and alignment.
