You may be drawn a specific Mantra indicating its resonant benefit for you. Sanskrit is one of the world’s oldest sacred languages, preserved in texts such as the Vedas. It is traditionally regarded as a revealed or channeled language received by ancient yogis. These sages perceived sound not merely as communication, but as vibration: subtle keys capable of unlocking dormant energies and guiding practitioners toward the ultimate goal of life—Self-realization
🕉️In this class, you will be introduced to a selection of simple, accessible mantras accompanied by music.

🕉️. No prior experience with chanting or Sanskrit is required—only an open mind and a willing heart.
