Feeling scattered, drained, or out of sync? As the
season shifts and spring invites fresh energy and
renewal, this 90-minute workshop offers space to
reconnect with the breath as a powerful tool for
presence and balance.
Together we’ll build awareness and intention with
the breath, explore a variety of pranayama (yogic
breathing) practices, and experience guided
breathwork designed to help regulate the nervous
system, calm the mind, and restore a sense of ease
in the body.
No experience needed—just a willingness to pause,
breathe, and reconnect with yourself.

Space is Limited. Mats, props, printouts, and cozy ambiance provided. Come as you are - no experience necessary.
