Annual Riverwalk Christmas Lights Holiday Walk

It's time for the group's annual walk to view the lights on the Riverwalk and at the Pearl. This year the walk will be on Thursday, December 18. Attendees will meet at the Pearl Brewery amphitheater on the Riverwalk, departing the site at 6:00 PM. First stop is the Musical Christmas Tree show at the locks on the river, about 1 mile from the Pearl. Next stop and a break will be at the River Center Mall, an approximate 1.5 miles farther along the Riverwalk. Then back to the Pearl when the lights are bright.
The walk is approximately 4-5 miles total.
Please plan to bring water in case drinking fountains are not functioning. Bathrooms are available at the Pearl amphitheater and River Center Mall. The parking lot on Elmira across the river from the Pearl provides easy access to the amphitheater. Note that nearly all parking at the Pearl now requires payment but parking on the street should be free.
