An energetic movement ritual to awaken your body, move your energy, and elevate your being.
Blending breathwork, somatic flow, qigong, and primal movement, this practice helps you alchemize stuck energy and expand into your full vitality, pleasure, and power. All bodies welcome. We practise barefoot but feel free to wear shoes and bring a yoga mat if you dislike laying on grass ( part of practise is laying down).

Practise will be on NORTH END of Rotary Park near the Monument.
