What we’re about
If you are interested in energy healing, either in learning more about it, learning how to do it, or in being connected with energy healers who may be able to provide the help you're looking for, then I would love to have you as part of this group.
My name is Renu, and I'm an energy healer practicing in Mississauga. I have my own company, Heal From Your Past, where I practice and teach an amazing new healing modality which I've created, called the Accelerated Release Technique (ART). ART involves healing through the subconscious, recognizing that the problems we face in our lives today are a result of the "emotional baggage" we are carrying with us from our past, and clearing the emotions and beliefs that were taken on from those events.
Through discussions, demos, and workshops, I would like to share what I have learned, and learn what you have to share. I am currently working on my second book on energy healing, and I would also love to hear about your own insights and experiences for inspiration and/or ideas as I put pen to ink.
