Our form of meditation is straightforward and effective at helping you to feel calm and open to new possibilities. We never ask you to clear your mind.

What to Expect:
During an online Chakra Cleansing & Energy Healing Session, David Stevens, Founder of Yoga of the Mind, leads these sessions using his extensive experience. The healing process will be easy to follow, much like a guided meditation. There is a synergy when we meditate in groups, even if they are remote.
