How to Manage Remote Teams

Do you manage a remote team? Or do you work with any remote team members? Are you wondering how you can effectively work with a remote team? Come and join our next event to share your experience! Clarence Martens, who is the Cofounder and CTO of Ballistiq Digital, has a lot of experience managing remote teams. He is going to share some of his experience and tips as well as leading us into discussions.

Light refreshments will be served.

5:30-6:00p.m. Mingle, food and drink

6:00-7:45p.m. Roundtable introduction, presentation and discussion

7:45-8:00p.m. Tidy up and chat with your new friends

Location Note

Please note that the elevator will require a keycard to operate after 6p.m. If you come between 5:30-6p.m., please press "11" on the elevator. If you come after 6p.m., please message David Slater or Vivian Lau and we'll have a volunteer to let you up. Sorry for any inconvenience.
