**About the Speaker**
**[Alon Sabi](https://www.linkedin.com/in/alon-sabi/)** is an Engineering Leader at Quandri, where he heads platform development, shapes R&D culture, and coaches managers in building collaborative, high-performing teams. With over two decades of experience, he’s held senior leadership roles across companies like Breadstack, Galvanize, and Function Point, guiding teams through rapid growth, scaling infrastructure, and aligning technology with business strategy. As a founder, he also built SREDify, a SaaS platform streamlining government tax credit programs. Alon is passionate about leadership, team culture, and translating complex technical challenges into clear, practical solutions—while continuously fostering environments where both people and technology can thrive.
