The Balance: Ashtanga & Yin
We have carefully designed this flow to mirror the natural rhythm of energy: the rise and the release.

  • Ashtanga-Inspired Movement (The Yang): We begin at the studio with a dynamic and disciplined practice. It’s about building internal heat, focus, and strength. This phase allows us to burn through the "noise" of the week, moving our stagnant energy and preparing the body to truly sit in stillness later.
  • Yin Yoga (The Yin): Once we are in the park, as the day cools down, we transition into Yin. This is a slow, meditative practice where we hold floor-based poses for longer periods. It targets the deeper connective tissues and the nervous system, inviting a profound sense of surrender.

The Synergy: By combining the fire of Ashtanga with the coolness of Yin, we achieve a state of complete equilibrium. We move from the head to the heart, and from the city’s hustle to nature’s silence. It is the perfect alchemy for a "soft re-entry" into your week.
